We develop the component together with the customer. Based on the component application, it is determined whether the part must be foamed or cast. Flexible Foam

We formulate and improve properties according to customer requirements. The use of various raw materials opens up countless possibilities for us and our customers. All processed polyurethanes can also be equipped with flame retardants, antistatic and many other special additives.
Materials (RG=space weight, density in the component)
- Rigid insulating foam, rigid foam for furniture components, industrial rigid foam, highly compressed special rigid foam, rigid integral foam as well as lightweight integral rigid foam with very strong skin formation in moulded part RG 300
- Flexible foam with various densities from RG 35 to RG 900 for various purposes, pre-polymer flexible foam formulations with particularly good mechanical values, energy-absorbing flexible foams, visco-elastic flexible foams, etc.
- Soft to semi-rigid integral foam systems from Shore A 10 to Shore A 98, visco-elastic soft to semi-rigid systems, various special settings are possible.
- PU casting resins and gels in any hardness and colour, from minimal Shore A 5 to Shore D 85 in various properties, glass clear systems
- Glass fibre reinforced hard foam and cast resin processing is also possible.
- Special soft foam for passenger transport industry, such as railways etc.
