Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry
The highest priority is given to the purity and reliability of the manufacturing process. This requires temperature- and media-resistant sealing solutions that have the appropriate international approvals. Special FPM, EPDM, MVQ and FFKM materials are used. We also manufacture corresponding flange gaskets (L-flange, clamp seals).

Hydraulics / Pneumatics
Sealing and guide systems for cylinders and valves made of polyurethane in various degrees of hardness, with lubricant content or for higher temperatures are among our specialties. However, we also offer other elastomeric and plastomeric materials that have been specially developed for this range of applications. Batch sizes from one piece in shortest time, with an inner Ø smaller than 1mm, up to an outer Ø of 2.500mm. In partnership with us, you can also develop solutions at pressures of several 1000 bar.

Rail Industry
Our railway products have been successfully used for years in new developments as well as in maintenance for passenger traffic and also for freight and railcars.
Due to the very good flame retardant properties, people are well protected from dangers which can result from damage and, in particular, the ignition of the seat systems. In critical situations the very low production of smoke by our products allows rapid pinpointing of the source of the fire, and the materials used by us can be extinguished quickly and reliably.
Our railway products easily meet the DIN 5510-2 requirements as well as the latest fire standard according to EN 45545-2. In addition, values that correspond to the French standard NF F 16101 have already been incorporated.
The following materials are available in accordance with the railway fire protection standards:
