Products

Trygonal is a dynamically growing, internationally active manufacturer of high-quality plastic and sealing solutions with a wide range of products. We produce from single parts to large series. The parts are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines, with the help of injection moulding machines and rubber presses or on plastic moulding machines.

Group

The dynamically growing Trygonal Group was founded in 2010. Currently we employ more than 200 dedicated employees in seven sales and production companies. You will find us in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and France. Through this network of partner companies our products are distributed worldwide. We would like to emphasise our knowledge in sealing and plastics technology. All of this results in a high level of competence in product development, problem solving and successful technical implementation.

Machines, Software and Tools

The rapid further processing of Trygonal materials into quality seals and plastic turned parts is carried out with the aid of our high-quality twister CNC machine systems. The new machine product line "twister" stands for dynamics, speed, strength and functionality. These are modern, compact CNC lathes which can be used for the production of hydraulic and pneumatic seals, special turned parts (made in all plastomers and elastomers) as well as metals.

Software

Trygonal SealCAM
With this software, more than 140 different hydraulic and pneumatic sealing profiles can be easily and variably programmed. Of course, any special profiles can also be programmed at any time.

Tools

Trygonal Tools and Springs
We stock indexable inserts, carbide knives, blades, holders and VDI holders of all well-known manufacturers made from the best steels. We also supply high quality products which can be individually adapted to your machine system.
